If you have ordered from our site, but you have a problem with the size or you want to return a product, do not hesitate to contact us.
You can return or exchange your purchase for another size or another item within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be in excellent condition as it was received by you.
When returning a product, the shipment must look like this:
- Neatly folded product Packed in all advertising materials with which it was received (envelope, box, paper, advertising brochures) without damaging the overall appearance.
- The product must contain all labels with which it was received. The product must be without traces of use, odors or dry cleaning.
- A receipt from ECONT for payment for the product, placed inside the shipment.
- Each returned shipment is checked at the ECONT office under video surveillance!
- The shipment must be returned by the same person who placed the order!
- The shipment must be sent to us, without cash on delivery, with paid courier services!!!
- A mandatory completed form with your details, which you will find below! Without this form, we cannot release your shipment and we cannot refund the amount or make an exchange!
We reserve the right to not accept and return to the sender products that are sent with a damaged overall appearance, damaged and lacking the criteria described above.
When exchanging an item, you will receive the new one within 1-7 business days.
In case you wish to return a purchased item, the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer to the bank account you specified within 1-14 business days after receiving the returned goods.
